Hatha Yoga
This is the classical form of yoga. It focuses on breathing, alignment and muscular engagement. It is suitable for beginners to learn how to get into yoga postures step by step.

Kids and Family Yoga
We specialise in teaching children. Suitable for children age 4 to 9. Yoga is delivered in dynamic, fun and enaging manner through story-telling and games. Doing yoga together as a family is also great way to bond.
Why Yoga for Kids?

Gentle Yoga
This style is easier, slower in pace and non-strenuous. Postures are mainly, floor-based, reclined and seated. Suitable for seniors and beginners.
